protected class AbstractComponentDecoration.DecorationPainter extends JComponent
AbstractComponentDecoration.paint(Graphics) method.
It works as a hook in the Swing painting mechanism.
Note that the painter is made invisible whenever the decorated component is no longer showing on the screen, so
that the decoration does not try to paint when the component is on a hidden tab, for instance, and does not steal
